Nowadays, there are a lot of diseases which will affect human kind regardless of age. And there are many medicines advertised by medias, medical representatives, and physicians for the use of their clients. Not only medicines that are demonstrated to the public but also disinfectants. Well, prevention is better than cure! Disinfectants are used in hospitals, surgeries, kitchen, bathrooms and even in to human to kill infectious microorganisms. A perfect disinfectant will provide sterilization and friendly to other forms of life. I’ve been working in the hospital as a nurse for a year and i read Daniel Neumeister weblog about healthcare management and in hospital settings. It stated there about what happens inside the hospital, the needs, and some improvements of the institution, its leaderships and giving care to clients. I wish my director or leaders of the hospital which im currently working will read this article for it will sure help them and add some tips and information on how to manage their institution. In our hospital setting, healthcare workers can’t give an extra care to the patients who are poor and those without insurance. Face it, it costs to go to a hospital. This is not only happening in our hospital but also to some or i say most of the hospitals.  Base in my observations, clients who can afford to pay hospital bills are the ones who are given enough care from healthworkers. Its really sad but this is the truth. How can we manage with this kind of situation? How can we help others when most of the things such as medicines are expensive? This is a challenge to all the leaders on how to manage in giving healthcare to clients regardless of socio-economic status.

I tried to search in the internet about faces being lifted up into what we call beauty.
